The Job

integrate provides a wide range of professional services to clients in the transport and defence sectors, and elsewhere. We work in small, multi-skilled teams in which we expect all of our staff to take on responsibility for meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations.

You will lead client engagements on behalf of integrate, directing the activities of other consultants and taking responsibility for client satisfaction and the quality of integrate's work. You will also be responsible for managing and developing the client relationship, ensuring that this yields maximum long term benefit to the client and to ourselves, and for developing new and related business.

The Person

Successful candidates will need a minimum of 7 years post-graduate engineering experience. A higher degree or professional engineering qualification is desirable. In addition to general requirements, we are looking for significant capability and experience in the following areas:

  • in-depth knowledge of one of the defence, transport and aerospace sectors
  • expertise as a systems engineering practitioner
  • extensive experience in project management, and budget and operational management
  • a proven record of delivery in major, complex and business-critical projects
  • leading teams and managing client accounts
  • mentoring and developing less experienced staff
